PRESENTATION
Active Cycles Co., Ltd. was founded by Bond Lee in 1993, in Kunshan, Jiangsu, close to Shanghai and Suzhou. The total investment is over 40 million U.S. dollars, with factory space of 97,205 square meters. Total personnel are more than 1000, and R&D and QC are more than 120.
Active manufactures ODM/OEM for complete bicycles (40% of production), unicycles (20% of production), e-bike and e-scooters (40% of production), and ATVs. Total production is about 1 million units per year worldwide. Active owns three production lines for complete bicycle and unicycle with 1 million capacity, and two production lines for e-bike and e-scooters with 0.3million capacity per year.
Exports represent 80% of production and domestic represents 20% of our business. The main exporting counties and regions are Japan, America, and Europe. The company holds many certifications including ISO-9001, SG-Mark (Japan) certification, a factory VIN ,and also the Inspection-Exemption Permit in addition to the Chinese Well-Known Mark .
Built upon a strong culture and values, we have kept our core team highly professional throughout the years, continuously striving for excellence by pushing TPS (TOYOTA PRODUCTION SYSTEM) as our main management for production and using TQC for our quality controlling, and sharing these common values.

In order to meet the growing marketing, we are building a new factory in Xuzhou, which will go into production at the end of this year. Our production capacity will grow in coming years.
